conditions are simply testament to you as the
user/dealer using our site alone, and each individual
company will have there own terms and conditions.
Mycarpart.co.uk do not and
will not supply car parts, we are simply a parts request
website in which users and dealers can integrate and
join together to find what they need.
It is your responsibility as a user of our site to
confirm you have all the details of the company in which
you are directly making a purchase from. As a
parts request site we have no control over the items
supplied by these dismantlers/dealers/scrap yards. We do
not review every single request and quote, nor do we
have any control over there content. We are not
responsible in anyway for the payment nor delivery of
each and every part, nor are we to blame for lack there
of on either side. In the event that a claim has to be
set in motion, our reference will always be on file
(unless otherwise stated) and is the only thing we are
available to show. You also release
Mycarpart.co.uk from all claims, liability,
damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal
fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way
connected with such right, claim or action
